Although it’s still unclear whether or not actress Roseanne Barr will make good on her claim to move to Israel when The Conners premieres without her — we do know how her character will be written off the show when the series premieres in a little less than a month.

“Oh ya, they killed her,” she said in an interview with Brandon Straka on his YouTube show Walk Away. “They have her die of an opioid overdose.”

The cause of her character’s death isn’t exactly one that flies well with Barr, though the actress seems to have accepted ABC’s decision to continue the show without her. “It wasn’t enough to [fire me]” she said. “They had to so cruelly insult the people who loved that family and that show. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s done. It’s over. There’s no fight left.”

Will you watch The Conners season premiere without Roseanne Barr on the show? Do you think her character was killed off in an unceremonious fashion? Do you think Roseanne should’ve been fired? Let us know in the comments.

The Conners premiers on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 8/7c on ABC.

No, she was always rude and that time she messed with the wrong people. What goes around, comes around.
